What happens if we need to get things fixed?

You have four weeks from release to notify your Square of errors

  • The Square will investigate the source of the problem

  • Either the Square or HQ will fix the problem without any cost

After those four weeks you will need to pay the Square to investigate

  • The Square will charge you for any fixes which are their responsibility

  • HQ will put it to the community to fix anything in the public arena

Hosting

How can HQ charge, when sometimes they use free providers?

Our hosting costs cover more than the server running the website:

  • The Github account that stores your code

  • The Basecamp account keeping everyone organised

  • The Amazon S3 account serving static files

HQ is hosting the site, does that mean they have to deploy it?
